Travel Design Fee
$500 for full trip design/planning, up to 7 days & up to 4 people
An additional $50/person/week thereafter
Your design fee covers the full scope of personalized planning—from our first call through your final itinerary. This includes research, itinerary design (with up to two rounds of revisions), booking your hotels, transfers, tours, and guides, plus access to VIP perks, preferred rates, and exclusive experiences. I’ll also assist with travel insurance if needed.

Flight Support:
We partner with our host agency’s AirDesk to handle commercial flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
Fees start at $60 (domestic) and $175 (international), with household caps at $250 and $550.
Private jet pricing available upon request.
Additional Fees:
Hotel-Only Booking + Research: $150
Concierge Services: $150/hour
Cancellation: Up to 15% of the total trip cost may be charged by Hi² Global Travel, in addition to any supplier penalties.
